Hey there! You can call me Cupid Sharpe. The name of this blog comes the Swahili word for romance and love. I made this to showcase my coding projects and poems, but the projects are taking a bit of time to work, so I will give you one a Shakespearean sonnet I made about the night:
“What is the night?
The moon shines so brightly
The trees never seem right
The birds sleep soundly
This sky lights up with stars
This breeze feels so nice
This serenity covers all scars
All this for no price
But the screams of terror grow evermore
All things lose their sanity with ease
But the peace that once was is nevermore
All things will completely freeze
Though it cannot be defined from words alone
It is a place where some call home”
Tell me what you think about it. Along with this poem, answer this question if you can:
“A certain darkness is required to see the stars.” - Who is this quote by?
